We are leading the way in field instructor compensation with starting instructor pay at $250.00 per day.
Each season you return you earn a bonus…
2nd season with PA: $250
3rd season with PA: $350
4 or more seasons: $500
We offer a $375 annual certification stipend so that you can grow professionally each season. WFR, Lifeguard, AMGA, and ACCT certifications all qualify.
We cover your transportation to and from the programs and you are compensated any time you drive a company vehicle, saving you hundreds of dollars in gas each season.
