This program will challenge your company to work together, manage a plan and most of all create fun lasting memories of your Southern California retreat!
The program is broken down into four parts:
THE GRAB: First, teams will need to complete company-based trivia to earn their sand castle tools.
DESIGN: Next, teams will have to pool together their imagination and creativity to strategically plan and design your structure. During this time, you will have to decide how to divide your team talents. Your team will need architects, artists, builders, and a marketing team; there is a role for all to play in this competition and the successful teams will be those that utilize their team talents most effectively!
BUILD: Third, the actual sand castle build: it is time to put your design to the test! Here your team will need to work together and manage your time effectively to bring the team’s vision to life. You will also need to create a team banner or flag to adorn your sand castle!
EVALUATION: Each Sandcastle will be judged based on: a team sales pitch, camaraderie, soundness of structure, and creativity.
