Workshops include ice breaker activities, individual and family wellness plans, and facilitated post-workshop discussions.

Creating a Culture of Resilience
Studies show that creating a culture of wellness (mental, physical, and emotional) within a company is vital for positive employee morale, increased productivity & performance, and commitment to company values. Learn how stress is quite often created. We will also introduce a number of tools to help you and your maintain a resilient, calm, and cohesive workspace. This program provides a hands-on approach to learning ways to minimize stress and maximize results in the workplace. It evaluates how individuals are able to operate under high levels of pressure and still avoid stress, and teaches how to build individual and organizational resilience.
Positive Adventures is now a preferred partner for the international EQ organization Six Seconds. As a certified practitioner, we provide one on one coaching and group workshops that focus on organizational EQ for leaders and individual contributors.
